My classes are designed to give you a full body workout and accommodate all fitness levels. If you are new to Pilates, you are not alone and will be to do all exercises in class. If you are experienced in Fitness and/or Pilates I will challenge you by showing advanced positions for most, if not all exercises.
I do include bands, blocks, weights, balls and rollers into our exercises.
I choreography new class routines each week to challenge your muscles. Some days I have modern music and some days I have some calm Pilates music.
Most students start their session holding the Plank for less then 20 sec and by the end of a 8-10 week session, they are holding the Plank for 1 min.
Some classes include some cardio to get our heart rates elevated higher then mat or standing exercises.
